Welcome to the PanIIT OpenEdx LMS platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using the PanIIT OpenEdx LMS, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

    The LMS is intended solely for educational purposes. Users must use the platform responsibly and refrain from any activity that disrupts its functionality or other users.

    You agree not to:

    • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
    • Upload malicious content such as viruses or harmful software.
    • Violate any laws or regulations while using the platform.

    Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify administrators immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

    All content provided on the LMS, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of PanIIT Alumni Foundation or its partners.

    Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without prior written consent.

  5. 5. Course Enrollment and Certification

    Access to courses is subject to eligibility and enrollment criteria specified by PanIIT Alumni Foundation. Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of courses, provided all requirements are met.

  6. 6. Limitation of Liability

    PanIIT Alumni Foundation is not liable for:

    • Any interruptions or errors in the LMS.
    • Loss of data or unauthorized access due to user negligence.
    • Any damages arising from the misuse of the platform.

  7. 7. Privacy

    Your use of the LMS is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  8. 8. Termination

    PanIIT Alumni Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the LMS for violations of these terms or other misconduct.

    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the LMS constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
